Shareholder Meetings
Notice of the Annual General Meeting and the General Meeting is published in the Swedish Post and Inland Newspapers and on the company's website. The fact that the meeting has been convened is announced in Svenska Dagbladet.
In order to participate in the annual and general meeting, shareholders must register with the company no later than the date specified in the notice of the meeting, indicating the number of proxies. This day may not be a Saturday, Sunday, other public holiday, Midsummer's Eve, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve and may not be earlier than the fifth working day before the meeting.
Shareholders who wish to have a matter considered at the Annual General Meeting must submit their proposals in writing to johan.lennartsson@humblegroup.se or by mail to Humble Group AB, Ingmar Bergmans gata 2, 114 34 Stockholm, Sweden. Proposals must be received by Humble no later than April 2, 2025.
Proposal to Election Committee
Shareholders who wish to submit proposals and comments to the Nomination Committee are welcome to do so no later than April 2, 2025, to Humble Group AB, Ingmar Bergmans gata 2, 114 34 Stockholm, Sweden, alternatively via email to valberedning@humblegroup.se.
