Hemmakväll, a leading confectionery and snacks retailer with 69 stores, and Privab, a nationwide grocery wholesaler, have signed a cooperation agreement that marks the beginning of a new phase of joint growth. The partnership unites two of Sweden's most prominent players in the grocery trade and will create new opportunities for Privab and Hemmakväll to grow and develop together. Hemmakväll sees great advantages in Privab's broad range and their ability to quickly adapt to market needs.

The collaboration will start on January 1, 2025 and is expected to generate annual sales of approximately SEK 70 million for Privab. The agreement is also expected to open up for further collaborations and development initiatives in the long term.
