About the List Change
The first day of trading on Nasdaq Stockholm's main list is scheduled for September 27, 2024. Humble's shares will therefore be delisted from Nasdaq First North Growth Market. The last day of trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market is scheduled for September 26, 2024. There will be no offer or issuance of new shares in connection with the List Change and shareholders in Humble do not need to take any action. The shares will retain both the short name (HUMBLE) and ISIN code (SE0006261046).
