The company will also elaborate on the new financial targets communicated on August 23, 2024:
- Growth targets. Average net sales growth of at least 15% per year, mainly driven by organic growth.
- Profitability target. EBIT margin of at least 10%.
- Capital structure. The net debt to EBITDA ratio shall not exceed 2.5 times. However, the company may, under specific circumstances, choose to exceed this level for short periods in connection with acquisitions.
- Dividend policy. Surplus to be distributed to shareholders when free cash flow exceeds available investments in profitable growth. Distribution to shareholders is subject to the capital structure target being met.
