Humble announced on September 13, 2024 that Nasdaq Stockholm's Listing Committee has decided to approve Humble's application for admission to trading of the Company's shares on Nasdaq Stockholm's main list (the "List Exchange"). There will be no offer or issue of new shares in connection with the List Exchange and shareholders in Humble do not need to take any action. The shares will retain both the short name (HUMBLE) and the ISIN code (SE0006261046).
